Machine Description
The GW-42B rebar bending machine is designed for mechanized bending of reinforcing bars, stirrups, clamps, embedded parts, and other metal workpieces. Thanks to the 340 mm working disk, a set of bending pins, rollers, and bushings, the machine can process rebars of various diameters.
This model is suitable for intensive use in construction, foundation reinforcement, frame manufacturing, reinforced concrete structures, columns, beams, slabs, and other steel reinforcement applications. Operating Principle
The GW-42B operates by rotating the working disk after pressing the pedal or control button. Once the switch contacts close, the disk rotates and bends the rebar. The disk then returns to its starting position either manually or automatically depending on the selected operating mode.
Operator Convenience: The foot pedal allows the operator to hold the workpiece securely while controlling the bending cycle, which is especially useful for repetitive production.
