Payment
We operate officially — with VAT. Payment is made via bank transfer based on an invoice. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice by email. Upon request, we provide all necessary documents: tax invoices, acceptance certificates, contracts.
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Ukraine via courier services ("Nova Poshta", "SAT", "Delivery", and others). Orders are shipped from our warehouse after payment confirmation. Delivery can be made to your door or to the selected courier branch.
Self-pickup from the warehouse is also available — by prior arrangement.
Lead Times
In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days. For custom orders or made-to-order equipment — lead times are discussed individually.
