Holzmann BS 320TOP Metal Bandsaw

The Holzmann BS 320TOP metal bandsaw is a horizontal bandsaw for workshops, production departments, service companies, and cutting operations where cutting accuracy, clean angle cuts, and stable work with different metal types are important. According to the manual, the machine is suitable for structural steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, as well as non-ferrous metals and alloys.

The machine cuts at 90°, up to 60° to the right, and up to 45° to the left. It is equipped with a 2-speed blade drive of 35 / 70 m/min, a 1.5 / 1.1 kW motor, a blade tension adjustment system with a pressure gauge, and carbide blade guide rollers. This helps maintain a more accurate cutting line and reduces the risk of blade drift on demanding workpieces.

The Holzmann BS 320TOP offers manual or automatic saw head lowering, hydraulic lowering speed control, a 45 W coolant pump, and a 15 L coolant tank. Quick-clamping adjustable vice with an additional stop, automatic shutoff after the cut is finished, a blade tension microswitch, and a rigid pivoting design make this bandsaw a practical solution for precise metal cutting in everyday use.
