CORMAK UWF120 SERVO Universal Milling Machine for Metal

The CORMAK UWF120 SERVO universal milling machine is designed for metalworking in repair shops, toolrooms, and production facilities where precise coordinate movement, stable geometry, and the ability to perform multiple operations on a single machine are required. The model is suitable for milling flat surfaces, shoulders, slots, end faces, as well as drilling and tooling production.

The machine is equipped with a 1500 x 320 mm table, X/Y/Z travels of 1000/320/340 mm, a vertical spindle speed range of 45-1660 rpm, a horizontal spindle speed range of 34-1320 rpm, and table feeds of 25-595 mm/min in 8 steps. The spindle nose-to-table distance of 90-430 mm, the horizontal spindle axis-to-table distance from -130 to 300 mm, and the spindle axis-to-column distance of 400-800 mm provide flexibility for different workpiece setups.

The main difference of the SERVO version is the servo drive system on the X, Y, and Z axes, the independent vertical head drive, and the standard 3-axis digital readout. Thanks to smooth axis motion, heavy-duty rigid construction, hardened guideways, coolant, and centralized lubrication, the CORMAK UWF120 SERVO is a practical universal milling machine for precise and repeatable work.
